After graduating Film at University of The Arts London, Thomas joined CAVIAR as their in-house creative researcher. His talent for visual storytelling quickly became apparent and he quit the role at Caviar, only to be immediately signed to them globally.

Following the success of his award-winning short film ‘Darkest Hour’, Ralph went on to direct his first commercials, including the award winning AXE’s #isitokforguys campaign and quickly gained the attention of client and agencies across the globe. Since then, his sharp eye for graphic and conceptual visual storytelling has led him to direct campaigns and music videos for Apple, Adidas, Intel, McDonalds, Coca-Cola, WeTransfer, Ray BLK and, as well as many other high profile clients and artists.

His work has resulted in nominations and awards for Shots Best New Director, British Arrows best New Director as well as many accolades and awards at events such as Ciclope and the UKMVA’s.
