XOXO is the directing duo of Tessa & Paula — two creative minds, one instinctive rhythm.

Tessa has an eye like no other — obsessed with detail, color, composition, and finding visual poetry in every frame. She brings design precision and brand strategy to the table, making sure the concept always sings. Paula is all heart and story — driven by emotion, structure, and cinematic pacing. She’ll find a way to make even a 15” ad feel like a scene from a film.

Together, they strike a rare balance: aesthetic and emotion, form and feeling, instinct and craft. Their work is lived-in, visually rich, and never just style for style’s sake.

Over the past three years, they’ve directed campaigns for Meta, Sephora, Coca-Cola, Ikea, McDonald’s, and more — collaborating with top agencies like Wieden+Kennedy, BBDO, 72andSunny, and TBWA. Their work has been recognized at Ciclope, El Ojo, and the YDA’s at Cannes.
